Onboarding overview report

The Onboarding Overview Report is a Python script that automatically extracts data from your Catalyst environment and generates a clear Excel report. The report provides a full status overview of your onboarding progress, making it easy to identify what has been fully onboarded and what still needs attention.
The Excel file is divided into two sheets:

Executables Overview

A breakdown of all executables from your RPA integration, showing which ones have been onboarded to Catalyst and which are still missing. It also highlights application dependencies, integration details, and references to the processes or process parts that rely on each executable.

Processes Overview

A detailed view of all processes created in Catalyst, including whether they are enabled, their process parts, associated executables, queue names, trigger setup and status, workplans, application dependencies, and desktop pool configuration.

With this report you get:

• A complete onboarding status at both process and executable level.
• Transparency into dependencies, integrations, and triggers.
